US Shipments and Pick Up (Continental US Only)

• All of our plants are grown and shipped out of southern New Hampshire, USA.
• Local pickup is available near Exeter, NH by appointment.

Shipping Carriers, Timelines, and Order Cutoffs

• We ship via USPS Priority (1-3 day) or UPS Next Day Air Monday through Wednesday each week.
• Orders placed after 12:00pm ET on Tuesdays will ship the following week.

Packed With the Ultimate Care

• Plants are shipped without soil unless otherwise stated.
• Roots are wrapped in damp sphagnum moss and plants are boxed up gently with plenty of padding to ensure a safe journey to your place.

What to Expect Upon Arrival

• When your plant arrives, it may show some signs of minor stress or damage. This is normal but it should recover quickly.
• If there are any issues with your order, please ensure you contact us within 4 hours of the plants arriving and include photos.

International Shipping

• International shipping outside the continental US is not available at this time.

• Refunds are only available on DOA plants or orders that were never delivered and confirmed lost by the shipping courier.
• Returns are not accepted except in special circumstances at the discretion of Unicorn Plants.
